Instagram Contest August 2nd Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility. This Campaign is open only to those who sign up on our Instagram for giveaways and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia except Rhode Island, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of ORGANIC 1 Co., its affiliates and subsidiaries, as well as its advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Campaign is void where prohibited by law.
2. Agreement to Rules. By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Official Rules (the “Rules”), and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of ORGANIC 1 Co. as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign and the results thereof.
3. How to Enter. To enter, post a comment via Instagram and tag 1 friend. You may enter as many times as you want. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as herein specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the Campaign rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of ORGANIC 1 Co. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of ORGANIC 1 Co.
3. How to Enter. To enter, use your unique Brand Ambassador link to promote our Face Essentials offer to your followers. For every New Customer that claims their moisturizers via your personalized link, you will get one credit. Only new customers will qualify you for a credit. Sales that are incomplete or do not adhere to the Campaign rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of ORGANIC 1 Co. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of ORGANIC 1 Co.
4. Prizes. The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive 2 moisturizers from ORGANIC 1 Co. for the tagged friend, for a total estimated value of $55.00 USD. Contest begins at 9am PST on August 2nd and ends at 11:59pm PST on August 7th. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at ORGANIC 1 Co.’s sole and exclusive discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes [and the costs for shipping and handling], shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for ORGANIC 1 Co. to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Winner will be notified by Instagram comment and DM within five (5) days following selection of Winner. ORGANIC 1 Co. shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or if Winner provides incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within [7 days] from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release as required, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the Prize offered in this Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Terms & Conditions. ORGANIC 1 Co. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond ORGANIC 1 Co.'s control, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign. 4. Prizes. The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive a 2 pack of Face Essentials from ORGANIC 1 Co. for a total estimated value of $60.00 USD. Contest begins at 1pm PST on June 27th and ends at 11:59pm PST on July 1st. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at ORGANIC 1 Co.’s sole and exclusive discretion. The prize is nontransferable.
