ORGANIC 1 V.I.P. is an auto-renewing monthly membership e-commerce program for ORGANIC 1 Co. These ORGANIC 1 V.I.P. Membership Club Terms ("Terms") set forth the terms of Membership in ORGANIC 1 V.I.P.
Anyone may join ORGANIC 1 V.I.P. by visiting organic1co.com and clicking V.I.P. in the main menu. You will be prompted to select your first monthly item and complete a checkout process where you will complete your style profile and pay the first monthly membership dues.
From time to time we run special promotions that allow people to ORGANIC 1 V.I.P. for a discounted rate or for free for the first month, possibly as part of another promotion. The terms of any special promotion will be clearly disclosed during the checkout process of that promotion.
A Member in Good Standing ("Member") is anyone who within the past 30 days has paid the membership fee or completed a promotional offer where the membership fee was waived.
A Member receives the following benefits for their membership:
The Free Shipping benefit only applies to shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, England, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, and United States.
The 40%/50% discount benefit may not be combined with any other coupon code or promotional offer we run, however, the Free Shipping benefit may be used with any other promotional offer we run excluding your first order.
You can log in to the Members Area at https://www.organic1.co/members to perform all account maintenance. You can update yourProfile, set a Wishlist, change your billing and shipping address, view order history, make order changes (during a brief period after the order is placed), update your credit card, and cancel your account.
ORGANIC 1 V.I.P. membership costs $10.99 USD every 30 days. Members must place a credit card or PayPal account on file and we will automatically bill that payment method every 30 days until the Member cancels his or her Membership.
If your shipping address is outside of the Free Shipping Countries listed in Section 2, an additional $12.50 USD per month shipping surcharge is added to your membership fee to cover shipping of your monthly package.
ORGANIC 1 Co. is required to collect sales tax in certain USA states where we meet certain sales thresholds or have a physical presence. We will charge sales tax on your monthly membership fee if your monthly package is being shipped to one of those states.
If we are ever required to begin collecting sales tax in your state, we may begin to charge sales tax in the middle of your membership, even if we didn't used to charge sales tax.
If we collect sales tax for an order, it will be clearly marked on the Order E-Mail Receipt and in your Order History tab of your account.
You may cancel your account by logging in to the Members Area and clicking Cancel.
Cancellations are processed online and you will receive an email record of cancellation.
From time to time, we run special promotions that allow people to ORGANIC 1 V.I.P. for free for the first month as part of another promotion. Should you cancel your membership before your first order ships, we will remove from your order any items associated with your ORGANIC 1 V.I.P. membership (typically your first monthly package items and/or any other gifts from the promotion).
From time to time we offer customers the choice to receive a completely free bonus gift in exchange for becoming a Member. If you accept a free bonus gift, you must wait until the gift arrives or 7 days after the order was placed (whichever comes first) before you can cancel. If this waiting period applies to you, it will have been stated in the offer description right above the button you clicked to join.
If you want to retain your Member benefits without receiving a monthly package every month, ORGANIC 1 V.I.P. offers a Pause Plan for $4.99/month. You may switch to the Pause plan via the Members Area.
We may changes these Terms at any time by posting new Terms at this location and alerting Members of such change via e-mail.
By reference, these Terms incorporate, but do not supersede or replace, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or any other document governing the ORGANIC 1 Co. online store.
If any of these Terms are found to be unenforceable or contrary to law, it will be modified to the least extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to confer any third party rights or benefits.
Neither party will be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of any part of these Terms to the extent that such delay is caused by events or circumstances beyond the other party's reasonable control, including an act of force majeure.
